Input Connector
Section titled “Input Connector”The input connector provides connections for:

Output Connector
Section titled “Output Connector”The output connector provides connections for:

| NTC | NTC Sensor | Temperature sensor input (2 pins) |

| TEC- | TEC Negative | TEC output negative (requires TEC controller) |
NTC Connector
Section titled “NTC Connector”The NTC connector is a 2-pin connection for the temperature sensor:
- Polarity: Not relevant for NTC connection
- Sensor Type: 10kΩ NTC (recommended: NTCAFLEX05103HH)
- Location: Should be placed as close as possible to the laser diode
Interlock Connector
Section titled “Interlock Connector”The interlock system uses two pins (IL+ and IL-):
Passive Interlock Mode
Section titled “Passive Interlock Mode”- Connect IL+ and IL- through safety switches in series
- Driver provides low voltage signal
- Loop must be closed for laser operation
Active Interlock Mode
Section titled “Active Interlock Mode”- External signal applied between IL+ and IL-
- Active low: 0V = laser disabled
- Active high: 5V = laser enabled
- Maximum voltage: 5V (higher voltages may damage driver)
Start Signal Connector (Standard Mode)
Section titled “Start Signal Connector (Standard Mode)”2.54mm pitch connector for:
- Key switch installation
- External start/stop control
- Safety interlock integration
Mode Selection Connector
Section titled “Mode Selection Connector”2.54mm pitch connector for:
- Mode jumper (ARM vs Standard Mode)
- External mode selection switch
